Roofline and Flat Roofs

The edge of your roof is called the ROOFLINE and is one of the most exposed areas of the outside of a house.  Brackenwood install the Concord range of PVCu roofline products to a high standard that will transform your home.  Imagine, no more costly maintenance and no wasted days stuck up a ladder preparing and painting.  With Brackenwood Roofline, all you need to do is give it an occasional wipe over with a damp cloth.

The fascia boards, which hold the guttering up and keep the water out, need to be watertight and extremely strong.  The weight of constantly running water will put a large strain on this important part of your roofline.

Brackenwood roofline boards are tough and robust, they perform for decades without maintenance and still look great!  You will certainly want the same product for any cladding you have too!  We offer gutter guard as an optional extra to avoid too many trips up a ladder clearing them out.

Brackenwood’s roofline installers are people who know the Concord product best.  We always offer a choice of styles and colours to suit any home. We even offer a bespoke colour service from our very own state of the art colouring shop where any colour you can imagine is possible.

Brackenwood recommend that old timber boards are replaced completely, we do not ‘cap over’ the old wood with flimsy PVCu trims.

Our range of roofline will offer you all the choice you need.  Choose your FASCIA styles from Square, Ogee and Bullnose along with Convex or Concave BARGEBOARDS to add great character and individualism to your home.  There are two basic options for ventilating the roof space, through the slots in the soffit board or over the fascia board.

Brackenwood cladding is totally waterproof and an essential replacement for rotten timbers or older solid plastic systems that can be brittle and prone to cracking.  Don’t forget, Cladding in a colour can be stunning.

We offer a 10 year guarantee that covers any fault with the product and we also offer an IBG (Insurance Backed Guarantee).
