Experienced Digital Marketing Executive

This role is based in our Basingstoke office, and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO.

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing exposure at a strategic level.

It also would be desirable to have knowledge of graphic and web design processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the end-to-end delivery of email, PPC and social campaigns
  2. Researching new acquisition digital marketing opportunities
  3. Identifying opportunities to drive leads
  4. Managing and updating marketing promotions calendar
  5. Monitoring competitor activity
  6. Providing weekly and monthly reporting on digital marketing activities

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for digital marketing is essential
  • PPC, Social Media, and Email Experience
  • Ability to think both commercially and creatively
  • A strong customer focus and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral and with keen attention to detail
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Email marketing experience would be an advantage

To be considered for these roles you must have at least three years of experience in the Home Improvements arena. You will be comfortable recruiting, training, motivating, and managing teams of sales and marketing people.

Part-Time, Leading to Full-Time

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week initially, increasing to full-time

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and continually improving the company’s operational systems across a range of business functions, including but not limited to:

  • Financial Compliance (FSA)
  • HR Systems

  • Design and Quotation Systems
  • General Business Compliance

You will play a vital role in ensuring our processes are effective, compliant, and able to support the ongoing growth and success of the business.
