Thank you for choosing Brackenwood. Activating your guarantee is quick, it helps us link your installation to our records, confirm cover, and ensure you receive the correct aftercare guidance.

Important, activation must be completed within 30 days

Your guarantee must be activated within 30 days of your installation date. If activation is not completed within this period, the guarantee may not be valid, and any future support may be treated as chargeable service work.

  • Your order/contract No
  • A working email address for confirmation

  • We match your submission to our installation records
  • Your activation is electronic
  • You will not receive a paper copy

If you cannot locate your details, or you believe you are outside the 30 day period, please contact our team before submitting a service request, we will advise the correct next step.

Adjustments, aftercare, and service visits

Newly fitted windows and doors can require minor adjustments as part of an initial settling down period. Where required, Brackenwood will attend and carry out settling down adjustments free of charge for up to twelve months from installation, in line with our terms.
