John Lewis Voucher T&Cs
John Lewis gift voucher will be on a first come first served basis.
Offer is limited to sales completed between 12th of May 2023 and the 31st of July 2023 and 5th September 2023 and 30th September 2023, or the exhausting of the £5000 voucher fund, whichever comes first.
Vouchers can not be exchanged, traded or awarded.
Vouchers will only be paid out where the customer has paid in full their contract balance with the company.
Customers will be responsible for completing the online claim form at Brackenwood.com.
The maximum amount of claim per customer is £500 in any combination of contracts.
This offer is for retail customers only and does not apply to 'supply-only' or 'supply and fit' trade contracts.
Vouchers are only awarded to customers who are ready and able to take their installation within Brackenwood time frame. Vouchers are NOT awarded where the customer does not or cannot fit in to Brackenwood’s fitting schedule.
