Government have now confirmed that that Double/Triple Glazing is NOT a primary measure and you are unable to get vouchers from the government to change existing double/triple glazing, please see the full text HERE

- solid wall, under-floor, cavity wall or roof insulation
- air source or ground source heat pump
- solar thermal
then you may be able to use some residual voucher value to upgrade to Double or Triple Glazing.
